All-weather fast cruising combined with exceptional comfort just about said it all when it came to the 43 Eastbay Hardtop.

Overall, the protection and ventilation offered by the hard top design was hard to beat. So was the sense of adventure inherent in the Eastbay's sexy, sophisticated looks. Typically, the 43 Hardtop cruised at 24 knots with top speeds of 28 knots. Optional engine packages were available for those who wanted to go even faster.

Fortunately, the ride on this deep-V hull craft was dry and comfortable. It was also built to easily handle choppy seas, thanks to the use of heavy-duty, rugged scantlings. As for fuel consumption, with a 450 gallon capacity, the cruising range was in excess of 400 nautical miles.

Onboard, the burnished beauty and practicality of this yacht model was immediately evident. With its joinery of hand-rubbed teak, generously sized salon, well-appointed galley and easy-to-access head and shower, the 43 Hardtop definitely fit into the "luxury" category.

With this model, owner's counted on rugged construction, dependable engineering, interior comfort and systems built to go the distance.
